How Our Sleepeezee 60 Night Sleep Trial Works

  • Start of Trial: The 60-night sleep trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered to your home.
  • Mattress Protector: To validate the 60-night sleep trial, a mattress protector MUST be used throughout the entire trial period and must be purchased from ourselves.
  • Adjustment Period: For proper adjustment, we require that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 40 nights before requesting a mattress exchange. Please note, all new mattresses will require time to bed in.
  • Requesting an Exchange: If, after 40 nights, you are not satisfied with your mattress, please contact our Customer Services team to arrange a mattress exchange. The request must be made before the 60th night.
  • Replacement Mattress: We will replace your mattress with a mattress of your choice from the same brand. The replacement mattress must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase. No refund will be issued if the replacement mattress is of a lower price than the original. The mattress must be ready for collection on the day your new mattress is delivered.
  • On the day of delivery of your new mattress, please ensure that your original mattress is ready for collection.

Terms and Conditions

The 60-night sleep trial is available only for selected Sleepeezee mattresses that have the Sleep Trial Logo:

  • One Exchange Only: You are entitled to one mattress exchange only, and the replacement mattress must be of the same size and brand. The trial is valid only within the United Kingdom.
  • Proof of Purchase: The 60-night sleep trial is valid only for the original purchaser, and proof of purchase is required.
  • In the event that a higher priced alternative mattress is chosen, any difference in price must be paid at the time of reselection. We are unable to refund any difference if a lower priced mattress is selected. This additional amount must be paid by credit or debit card over the phone.
  • Please note the 60-night sleep trial does NOT apply to zip and link models, as these are classed as custom products – please refer to the general Terms and Conditions for further information.
  • All original packaging may be removed, but the mattress must be returned in a clean and hygienic condition.

The 60 Night Sleep Trial does NOT apply if you have:

  • Failed to use a mattress protector.
  • Misused or damaged your mattress (including accidental damage).
  • Repaired or altered your mattress in any way, neglected to keep it clean, or it exhibits signs of wear, tear, or staining.

Exchange Process

  • It is your responsibility to contact us to claim your 60 Night Sleep Trial and arrange the exchange.
  • We will collect your old mattress and deliver your new mattress as promptly as possible, subject to availability. If your chosen replacement mattress is in stock, delivery can be arranged quickly.
  • If your selected replacement mattress is not currently in stock, we will wait until it becomes available before delivering it to you.

Invalidating Conditions

The 60-night sleep trial will be invalid if:

  • A mattress protector has not been used.
  • The mattress has been misused or damaged (including accidental damage).
  • The mattress has been repaired, altered, neglected, or shows signs of wear, tear, or staining.
