How Does the 60 Night Sleep Trial Work?
The trial gives you time to become accustomed to your new mattress. If you're still not satisfied after the required adjustment period, you can contact our Customer Services team to request an exchange.
1. Start Your Trial
Your 60-night trial starts on the day your Sleepeezee mattress is delivered to your home.
2. Give It Time
You must use the mattress for a minimum of 40 nights before requesting an exchange, allowing time for you to adjust to the new mattress.
3. Request an Exchange
If you're not satisfied after 40 nights, contact our Customer Services team. Your exchange request must be made before the 60th night.
4. Choose Your Replacement
Choose a replacement mattress from the same brand and size. The replacement must be of equal or greater value, with any price difference payable at the time of reselection.
What Happens When You Exchange Your Mattress?
If your exchange request is accepted, we'll arrange collection of your original mattress and delivery of your replacement, subject to availability.
The Sleep Trial allows one mattress exchange per order.
The replacement mattress must be from the same brand and be the same size as the original.
Your original mattress must be ready for collection when your replacement is delivered.
Sleep Trial Requirements
To remain eligible for the 60 Night Sleep Trial, the following conditions must be met.
- Eligible mattress: The mattress must be a selected Sleepeezee model displaying the Sleep Trial logo.
- Mattress protector: A mattress protector purchased from Mattress365 must be used throughout the entire trial.
- Minimum usage: The mattress must be used for at least 40 nights before an exchange can be requested.
- Exchange deadline: The exchange request must be made before the 60th night.
- Condition: The mattress must be returned clean and hygienic and must not show signs of misuse, damage, staining or excessive wear.
- Original purchaser: The trial is available to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required.
When Does the Sleep Trial Not Apply?
The 60 Night Sleep Trial can be invalidated if the conditions of the trial are not followed.
The required mattress protector has not been used throughout the trial.
The mattress has been misused or damaged, including accidental damage.
The mattress has been repaired, altered or otherwise modified.
The mattress has been neglected or shows signs of staining, excessive wear or poor hygiene.
Important Exclusions
Please check the following exclusions before purchasing a mattress with the Sleep Trial.
- Zip & link mattresses: The 60 Night Sleep Trial does not apply to zip and link models, which are classed as custom products.
- UK only: The Sleep Trial is valid only within the United Kingdom.
- One exchange: Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Don't Forget Your Mattress Protector
A mattress protector purchased from Mattress365 must be used throughout the entire 60 Night Sleep Trial. Without the required protector, the trial may no longer be valid.
